บทคัดย่อ

           งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนา และประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบรับสมัครสอบออนไลน์สำหรับโครงการโอลิมปิกวิชาการ สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ ศูนย์ สอวน. มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยมุ่งเน้นการปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการรับสมัครแบบดั้งเดิมสู่ระบบดิจิทัล การวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) ร่วมกับหลักการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศตามวงจร SDLC ระบบถูกพัฒนาในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันด้วย PHP Yii Framework ตามสถาปัตยกรรม MVC และใช้ MySQL เป็นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล โดยบูรณาการร่วมกับระบบ KKU Payment Hub และ KKUFMIS ผ่าน API เพื่อรองรับการชำระเงินและออกใบเสร็จอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นแบบอัตโนมัติ

           ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถลดภาระงานด้านเอกสาร ส่งผลให้การจัดเก็บและบริหารข้อมูลเป็นระบบมากขึ้น ลดความผิดพลาดที่อาจเกิดจากการดำเนินการด้วยเอกสารแบบเดิม อีกทั้งยังเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการข้อมูลทางการเงิน โดยเฉพาะการตรวจสอบและออกใบเสร็จรับเงินผ่านระบบอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งช่วยให้การดำเนินงานมีความถูกต้อง แม่นยำ และสะดวกยิ่งขึ้น และได้รับการประเมินความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้งานจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 325 คน ในระดับ “มาก” ( = 4.24, S.D. = 0.75) มีข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการพัฒนาต่อยอดได้แก่ การเพิ่มคู่มือการใช้งาน ระบบแจ้งเตือนก่อนหมดเขตลงทะเบียน และฟังก์ชันช่วยเหลือกรณีลืมรหัสผ่าน

ABSTRACT
 
           This study aimed to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of an online examination registration system for the Computer Science Olympiad Program under the POSN Center at Khon Kaen University, focusing on transforming the traditional registration process into a digital system. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology in conjunction with the principles of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The system was developed as a web application using PHP with the Yii Framework, based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, and MySQL was utilized as the database management system. It was integrated with the KKU Payment Hub and KKUFMIS via APIs to support automated payment processing and electronic receipt issuance. 
           The findings revealed that the developed system significantly reduced paperwork, enhanced data organization and accuracy, and improved the efficiency of financial data management, particularly in transaction verification and receipt generation. The registration process steps were reduced from seven to four, registration time per user decreased from 30 minutes to 10 minutes (a 66.7% reduction), and the number of personnel involved was reduced from five to two (a 60% reduction). Additionally, the registration cost per applicant dropped from 50 baht to 10 baht (an 80% reduction), and annual receipt printing costs were eliminated (100% reduction). User satisfaction was assessed from a sample of 325 participants, including both examinees and administrative personnel, and was rated at a “high” level (x ̅ = 4.24, S.D. = 0.75). Suggestions for further development include adding a user manual, implementing registration deadline reminders, and incorporating a password recovery feature for users who forget their login credentials.
