บทคัดย่อ

           การศึกษาครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาค้นคว้า และรวบรวมสารสนเทศจดหมายเหตุพิธีเปิดมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อเรียบเรียงสารสนเทศจดหมายเหตุพิธีเปิดมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ตามลำดับเหตุการณ์ ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน และมีเนื้อหาสมบูรณ์เพื่อให้บริการจดหมายเหตุมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นเกี่ยวกับพิธีเปิดมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และเผยแพร่พระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร ที่ทรงมีต่อมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยใช้การวิจัยศึกษาเอกสาร (Documentary Research) โดยมีการศึกษาจากแหล่งสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 5 แหล่ง ได้แก่ หอจดหมายเหตุมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น หอจดหมายเหตุแห่งชาติ หอสมุดแห่งชาติ สำนักราชเลขาธิการ แหล่งสารสนเทศจดหมายเหตุอื่น ๆ รวบรวมข้อมูลสารสนเทศจดหมายเหตุ และนำข้อมูลมาผ่านกระบวนการวิธีการตรวจสอบการรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า (Methodological triangulation)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จำแนกตามแหล่งที่มาและประเภททรัพยากรจดหมายเหตุ สรุปผลได้ดังนี้  หอจดหมายเหตุมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีเอกสารจดหมายเหตุ จำนวน 2 รายการ (1.09%) โสตทัศนจดหมายเหตุ จำนวน 27 รายการ (17.75%) วัสดุจดหมายเหตุ จำนวน 4 รายการ ( 2.19%) สิ่งพิมพ์มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จำนวน 17 รายการ (9.29%) และไฟล์ภาพถ่ายดิจิทัลจากสิ่งพิมพ์มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จำนวน 64 รายการ (34.97%) หอจดหมายเหตุแห่งชาติ จำแนก ตามประเภทเป็นไฟล์ภาพถ่ายดิจิทัล จำนวน 12 รายการ (6.56%) หอสมุดแห่งชาติ จำแนกตามประเภท เป็นไฟล์ภาพถ่ายดิจิทัล จำนวน 7 รายการ (3.83%) สำนักราชเลขาธิการ จำแนกตามประเภทเป็นไฟล์ภาพถ่ายดิจิทัล จำนวน 19 รายการ (10.38%) และแหล่งสารสนเทศจดหมายเหตุอื่น ๆ จำแนกตามประเภท เป็นไฟล์ภาพถ่ายดิจิทัล ทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 31 รายการ (16.94) โดยจำแนกตามแหล่งที่มา 3 แหล่ง ได้แก่ ภาพถ่ายส่วนบุคคล จำนวน 11 รายการ (6.01%) สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ จำนวน  18 รายการ (9.84%) และไฟล์ภาพถ่ายดิจิทัลจากต้นฉบับ จำนวน 2 รายการ (1.09%) เป็นภาพถ่ายดิจิทัลที่ถ่ายจากภาพต้นฉบับที่จัดแสดงที่คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์

          ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีคุณค่าทางวิชาการแก่นักศึกษา บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และประชาชนทั่วไปสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้เพื่อประกอบการศึกษา ค้นคว้า และการอ้างอิงทางประวัติศาสตร์การก่อตั้งและพัฒนาการของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และหอจดหมายเหตุมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นมีสารสนเทศและให้บริการจดหมายเหตุพระราชกรณียกิจพิธีเปิดมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นได้ ที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน สมบูรณ์ที่สุด

Abstract

The objective of this study is to research and compile archival information regarding the grand opening ceremony of Khon Kaen University in order to organize the information in chronological order accurately and comprehensively. The goal is to provide complete. KKU archives have archival services related to the university’s opening ceremony and to disseminate the royal grace of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great bestowed upon Khon Kaen University. The research methodology employed is documentary research, information collect for research from five relevant sources. These sources include the Khon Kaen University Archives, the National Archives of Thailand, the National Library of Thailand, the Royal Office, and other archival information sourdces. Data was collected through the methodological triangulation process.

           The research findings revealed that the archival records of the royal duties related to the opening ceremony of Khon Kaen University, categorized by source and type of resource, can be summarized as follows: Khon Kaen University Archives holds 2 archival documents (1.09%), 27 audiovisual records (17.75%), 4 archival objects (2.19%), 17 university publications (9.29%), and 64 digital photo files from university publications (34.97%). The National Archives of Thailand provides 12 digital photo files (6.56%). The National Library of Thailand provides 7 digital photo files (3.83%). The Royal Office provides 19 digital photo files (10.38%). Other archival information sources provide 31 digital photo files (16.94%), categorized into three origins: 11 from personal photo collections (6.01%), 18 from social media (9.84%), and 2 digital files scanned from original photographs displayed at the Faculty of Engineering (1.09%). The results of this research also provide academic impact and value to students, Khon Kaen University staff, and the general public to be able to use the research results for study, research, and historical reference of the establishment and development of Khon Kaen University.
