บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จของหลักสูตรสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (CWIE) มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และนำข้อมูลไปจัดทำแผนพัฒนาระบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ นักศึกษา อดีตนักศึกษา และสถานประกอบการ รวม 228 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามและการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด โดยปัจจัยด้านนโยบายมีความสำคัญสูงสุด (x̄=4.55) รองลงมาคือ ด้านหลักสูตร ทัศนคติ เศรษฐกิจและเทคโนโลยี และสังคม ตามลำดับ ประเด็นที่สำคัญที่สุดคือความร่วมมือกับสถานประกอบการเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะบัณฑิตตามข้อตกลง และการนำผลสะท้อนคิดมาปรับปรุงหลักสูตร ข้อเสนอแนะหลัก ได้แก่ การกำหนดนโยบายและตัวชี้วัดที่ชัดเจน การจัดสรรงบประมาณให้สอดคล้องกับค่าครองชีพ การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศกลางให้เสถียร และเกณฑ์การประเมินผลร่วมกัน

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to analyze the success factors of Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) programs at Khon Kaen University and provide recommendations for system enhancement. Data were collected via questionnaires and focus groups from 228 participants, including administrators, lecturers, students, alumni, and employers. The results indicated that the overall success factors were rated from high to very high. Policy factors ranked highest in importance (x̄=4.55), followed by curriculum, attitude, economic/technology, and social factors. The most critical elements were collaborative competency development with employers and utilizing feedback for curriculum improvement. Key recommendations include establishing clear institutional policies and KPIs, providing adequate budget aligned with living costs, developing a stable centralized IT platform, and standardizing mutual assessment frameworks.
