การวิจัยแบบพรรณนาเชิงคุณภาพนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาผดุงครรภ์
และการทบทวนความรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล เพื่อเตรียมสอบขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์
คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่สำ�เร็จการศึกษาประจำ�ปี
การศึกษา 2557 จำ�นวน 28 คน เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือน กรกฎาคม ถึงเดือน พฤศจิกายน 2558 โดยการสนทนากลุ่ม และการ
สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการเตรียมความพร้อมในรายวิชาผดุงครรภ์เพื่อรับใบประกอบ
วิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ดังนี้ 1) ภาคทฤษฎี มีรูปแบบการสอนที่ดึงดูดความสนใจของนักศึกษา การจัดประสบการณ์
การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง และมีสื่อการสอนที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของนักศึกษา 2) ภาคปฏิบัติ การเรียนรู้สถานการณ์เสมือน
จริงในชั้นเรียน แรงผลักดันของอาจารย์นิเทศบนหอผู้ป่วย และแหล่งฝึกที่เหมาะสมต่อการเรียนรู้ 3) การทบทวนความรู้ โดย
การเตรียมความพร้อมตนเองของนักศึกษา และกลวิธีจัดการทบทวนความรู้โดยอาจารย์ผู้สอน ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำ�ไปสู่การ
พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาผดุงครรภ์แก่สถาบันการศึกษาเพื่อให้นักศึกษาสอบผ่านในรายวิชาผดุงครรภ์
