Digital Literacy and Learning Organization Affecting the Development of Quality Standards in Primary Care Network of Health Personnel in Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals, Udon Thani Province

Abstract

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study the digital literacy and learning organization affecting the development of quality standards in primary care network. Udon Thani province, Thailand. The study employed stratified random sampling to obtain 206 participants from a total population of 134. The research instrument was a questionnaire, which was validated for content validity by three experts, with all items objective congruence (IOC) greater between 0.67-1.00. The questionnaire’s reliability was assessed, yielding a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.97. Data collection was conducted from December 1^st, 2025 to December 31^st, 2025. Statistical analyses included descriptive and inferential statistics, with a significance level of 0.05. The study found that the overall levels of digital literacy, learning organization, and the development of quality standards in primary care network were at high, with mean scores of 4.48 (S.D.=0.40), 4.05 (S.D.=0.51), and 4.18 (S.D.=0.47), respectively. Both overall of digital literacy and learning organization showed a moderate and statistically significant relationship with the development of quality standards in primary care network (r=0.490, p-value<0.001) and (r=0.695, p-value <0.001), respectively. The four variables consisted of learning organization in system thinking, digital literacy in digital literacy, learning organization in collaborative team learning and digital literacy in digital skill affected and could jointly predict the development of quality standards in primary care network Udon Thani province at 53.1 percentage, (R² = 0.531, p-value < 0.001).
