Abstract

The objective of research and development and Arc View program was to support the decision making for law enforcement plan as well as evaluation hazardous warming and technology tranfered, led to good agricultural practice (GAP) of farmers. The data surveyed were devided into 4 parts namely an agricultural hazardous substance retailer(1), poisoned person from pesticide usage (2); an agricultural market sell products (3) and a risky of growing area where pesticides were used (4) The experiment was conducted in Khon Kean province during June, 2003 to September, 2006. After being surveyed from agricultural inspector data and other document from the governmental organizations concerned, were analyzed, synthesized and input to computer. The result showed that the agricultural hazardous substance retailers were mapping in small areas as in village and district level. This information was suited to the need of an agricultural inspectors evaluation and suggestion to give a license to any retiles for selling an agricultural hazardous substance, There were 70 retailers with a license in 2004 and were increased to 154, 244 retailers with a license in 2005 and  2007 respectively. The inspector’s job was not only a recommendation for giving a license to retailers but also to inspect and seize retailer. A large amount of forbidden parathion methyl, endosufan were seized at 28.9, 63.7 liters form 24 in 153 retailers. Then, the results of technical information map of blood test of farmes for the level cholinesterase and risky area form hazardous substance used, were proposed to inform various organizations. In 2005, all data was also presented to the Khon Kean office of Agriculture hazardos substance project formulation according to the strategic integration development plan of Khon Kaen province. This project was proceeded in 2006 and found that the agricultural substances resides in vegetable grower area was reduced from 22.0 to 11.5% in Mueang. Phu Pha Man, Nong Ruea, Chum Phae and Nam Pong districts.
