บทคัดย่อ

กรดแอบไซซิกเป็นฮอร์โมนพืชที่กระตุ้นให้พืชตอบสนองและปรับตัวต่อสภาวะเครียดจากสิ่งแวดล้อมและสภาวะที่ไม่เหมาะสม งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อผลิตกรดแอบไซซิกจากเชื้อรา Botrytis cinerea สำหรับประยุกต์ใช้ในการส่งเสริมการเจริญเติบโตของมะเขือเทศภายใต้สภาวะขาดน้ำ โดยรวบรวมเชื้อรา Botrytis spp. 35 ไอโซเลท และคัดเลือกลักษณะทางสัณฐานวิทยา ปฏิกิริยา tannic acid oxidation พบว่า ไอโซเลท BRDO-23 มีศักยภาพในการผลิตกรดแอบไซซิกสูงสุด และการจำแนก BRDO-23 ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ลำดับนิวคลีโอไทด์ในบริเวณ ITS เป็นเชื้อราชนิด B. cinerea ส่วนการเลี้ยง BRDO-23 ในอาหารสูตรน้ำมะเขือเทศรวม 25% ภายใต้สภาวะแสงสีฟ้ากระตุ้นการผลิตกรดแอบไซซิกได้ดีที่สุด การผลิตในระดับถังหมักขนาด 3 ลิตร สามารถผลิตกรดแอบไซซิกได้ 76.2±11.7 มก./ลิตร การสกัดด้วยวิธีการ salting out ได้กรดแอบไซซิก 74.6% พัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ในรูปผงแห้ง เมื่อทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ พบว่า กรดแอบไซซิกเข้มข้น 2 ไมโครโมลาร์ สามารถส่งเสริมการเจริญเติบโตของต้นอ่อนมะเขือเทศภายใต้สภาวะขาดน้ำในระดับห้องปฏิบัติการได้ ส่วนในระดับโรงเรือน กรดแอบไซซิกเข้มข้น 3 ไมโครโมลาร์ ส่งเสริมการทนสภาวะขาดน้ำของมะเขือเทศในระยะออกดอกติดผลได้ ชี้ให้เห็นว่า กรดแอบไซซิกที่สังเคราะห์โดยเชื้อรา B. cinerea มีศักยภาพในการเพิ่มความทนทานของมะเขือเทศต่อสภาวะแห้งแล้ง
