A Study of the Learning Achievement of High Vocational Certificate in Agriculture’s Student by using Instruction Material for the Course: Disease and Sanitation of Domestic Animals

Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the learning achievement of students in
the 2nd year of High Vocational Certificate in Agriculture using instruction material for the
topic in drugs administration in the course: Disease and Sanitation of Domestic Animals.
The population of this research was seven students in the High Vocational Certificate in
Agriculture. This research used instruction material and learning achievement tests for
collecting data. Statistical analysis was by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.
The results showed that the learning achievement score before using instruction material
was 14.14 ( = 1.35) and after was 17.57 (= 0.98). The post-learning achievement score
was statistically higher than the pre-learning achievement score at the highly-significant level
of .01 (P<.01).
