The Factors Affect on the Decision to Use the Accounting Office Service of Entrepreneurs in Muang District Mahasarakham Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the factors that influence the decision of
entrepreneurs in the city,Mahasarakham province to use public accounting office service.
The samples used in the study were 171 entrepreneurs of small and medium enterprises
inMahasarakham province, obtained from a total of 300 people. The research instrument
and data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage,
mean and standard deviation.
The results revealed that in general, the opinion of the samples were at a high
level. When considering each aspect, the opinions on access to services were at the highest
level. In three aspects, the opinions were at high level which were in descending order,
places, competency and reliability.
The accounting office offers services to meet the full demand. Staff provided
procedures and processes to give better service, a channel that was quick and easy, followup
and counseling after the service, andcosts were reasonable. These factors influencedat a
high level the decision to use the accounting office.
