บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จทางการเกษตรของเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่กับเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ที่เป็นต้นแบบ จำนวน 63 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการหาสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ชาย อายุระหว่าง 40-49 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อปี 100,000-200,000 บาท และมีประสบการณ์การทำเกษตร 1-10 ปี มีการถือครองที่ดิน (โฉนดที่ดิน) จำนวน 1-40 ไร่ และใช้แหล่งเงินทุนของตนเองทำเกษตร ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่ม/องค์กร (วิสาหกิจชุมชน) รับข้อมูลข่าวสารจากแหล่งบุคคลระดับปานกลาง ภาพรวมการรับข้อมูลแบบสื่อกลุ่มจากแหล่งข้อมูลเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศระดับมากผ่านช่องทางสมาร์ทโฟน ส่วนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านต่างๆ กับความต้องการพัฒนาไปสู่ความสำเร็จของเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ การเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่ม/องค์กร โดยมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ผันแปรตามกันกับการมีความรู้ในเรื่องที่ทำอยู่ในระดับต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 การมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและสังคมในระดับต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 การมีความภูมิใจในความเป็นเกษตรกรในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ในส่วนของเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ที่ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสาร มีความสัมพันธ์แปรผันตามกันกับการมีข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจ ในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ด้านการบริหารจัดการผลผลิตและการตลาด การมีความตระหนักถึงคุณภาพสินค้าและความปลอดภัยของผู้บริโภค และการมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและสังคม ในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และการมีความภูมิใจในความเป็นเกษตรกร ในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
