Announcement on the Revision of Article Publication Fees

Journal of SciTech-ASEAN (JSTA) hereby announces a revision of its article publication fee from THB 5,000 to THB 7,000 per article. The revised fee will apply to articles published from Issue 1, B.E. 2571 (2028) onward.

This fee adjustment is part of the journal’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and standards of scholarly publishing. The journal has implemented the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) system through Crossref to provide each published article with a permanent and internationally recognized digital identifier, thereby facilitating reliable access, citation, and linking of scholarly works.

The use of DOIs through Crossref improves the accessibility and accuracy of article citations, supports the integration of published works into the global scholarly communication network, and enhances the visibility and credibility of articles published in the journal. In addition, the journal is responsible for registering, verifying, and maintaining article metadata, as well as ensuring that the information and URLs associated with each DOI remain accurate and up to date.

Accordingly, the journal considers it necessary to revise the article publication fee to appropriately support its operational costs, DOI registration and management, and continued journal quality development, thereby ensuring that scholarly works are published in accordance with recognized standards and with sustained efficiency.

Articles published prior to Issue 1, B.E. 2571 (2028) will remain subject to the existing publication fee.
