โรคอุบัติใหม่ในปลานิล: Tilapia Lake Virus Disease (TiLVD)

บทคัดย่อ
Tilapia lake virus disease (TiLVD) จัดเป็นโรคอุบัติใหม่ในปลานิล (Oreochromis spp.) มีการรายงานในหลากหลายภูมิภาคของโลก โดยมีสาเหตุจาก Tilapia lake virus (TiLV) อยู่ในกลุ่ม Orthomyxo-like virus การสูญเสียในฟาร์มปลานิลและปลานิลแดงพบในช่วงหลังจากการเคลื่อนย้ายลูกปลาเล็กเลี้ยงในกระชังช่วงเดือนแรก จึงมีการเรียกความเสียหายนี้ว่า tilapia one month mortality syndrome ปลานิลที่ติดเชื้อ TiLV พบการอักเสบบริเวณแผ่นปิดเหงือกและผิวหนังลอกหลุดบริเวณโคนหาง การตรวจวินิจฉัยด้วย semi-nest RT-PCR ได้รับการพัฒนาให้มีความไวในการตรวจ มาตรการควบคุมการเคลื่อนย้ายปลานิลจากสถานที่เพาะเลี้ยงร่วมกับ การพัฒนาวัคซีน หรือสายพันธุ์ที่มีความต้านทานต่อเชื้อไวรัสอาจพิจารณามาใช้ในการควบคุมป้องกันโรค
