บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาความชุกและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการติดพยาธิภายในทางเดินอาหารของแพะเนื้อในอำเภอไทรโยค จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยการตรวจหาไข่พยาธิภายในทางเดินอาหารของแพะเนื้อจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 182 ตัว จาก 16 ฟาร์ม ระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2561 ถึงเดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2562 พบความชุกรายตัวเท่ากับร้อยละ 81.86 พบความชุกรายฟาร์มเท่ากับร้อยละ 100.00 พบความชุกของพยาธิกลุ่ม strongylid, พยาธิ Strongyloides papillosus, พยาธิ Trichuris spp., พยาธิ Moniezia spp. และโปรโตซัวกลุ่ม coccidia เท่ากับร้อยละ 59.89, ร้อยละ 32.89, ร้อยละ 1.64, ร้อยละ 5.49 และร้อยละ 34.06 ตามลำดับ แพะเนื้อที่มีการเลี้ยงแบบปล่อยฝูงมีโอกาสพบการติดพยาธิภายในทางเดินอาหารมากกว่าแพะเนื้อที่เลี้ยงแบบยืนโรง 7.314 เท่า แพะเนื้อที่มีการเลี้ยงแบบปล่อยฝูงมีโอกาสพบการติดพยาธิ Strongyloides papillosus มากกว่าแพะเนื้อที่เลี้ยงแบบยืนโรง 7.953 เท่า และแพะเนื้อที่มีการเลี้ยงแบบปล่อยฝูงมีโอกาสพบการติดโปรโตซัวกลุ่ม coccidia มากกว่าแพะเนื้อที่เลี้ยงแบบยืนโรง 4.507 เท่า ข้อมูลความชุกและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการติดพยาธิภายในทางเดินอาหารจากการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการวางแผนควบคุม ป้องกันการติดพยาธิภายในทางเดินอาหารของแพะเนื้อในพื้นที่จังหวัดกาญจนบุรีได้เป็นอย่างดี รวมถึงสามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลเบื้องต้นในการวิจัยขั้นสูงต่อไป
