บทคัดย่อ

Microsporidia สามารถก่อโรคในปลา เช่น ปลาม้าลาย ปลาสวยงามกลุ่มนีออน ปลาไหลญี่ปุ่น การติดต่อผ่านการสัมผัสโดยตรง ปลาที่ติดเชื้อแบบเรื้อรัง มีลักษณะซูบผอมร่วมกับภาวะ spinal deformities เช่น lordosis หรือ scoliosis พบการสะสมของ spore จำนวนมากในเนื้อเยื่อ วิธีการตรวจมาตรฐานสำหรับยืนยันใช้ transmission electron microscopy ในการระบุลักษณะของ polar filament และโครงสร้างภายในของ spore ควรมีระบบการบำบัดน้ำที่ดี การฆ่าเชื้อด้วยแสง ultraviolet รวมทั้งการกำจัดพาหะช่วยลดความเสี่ยงในการเกิดการติดเชื้อภายในฟาร์ม
