สภาพและปัญหาการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ของร้านยา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจสภาพและปัญหาการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ของร้านยา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบัน ประเภทร้านยาเดี่ยว จำนวน 195 ร้าน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างมีนาคม-เมษายน พ.ศ.2555 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มีร้านยาที่ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์จำนวน 81 ร้าน (ร้อยละ 41.5) โดยใช้โปรแกรม SmartDrugstore มากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 23.4) ซึ่งร้านยาทุกร้านที่ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์มักใช้ช่วยงานด้านบริหารคลังยาและเวชภัณฑ์ สาเหตุที่ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยงานส่วนใหญ่เพื่อช่วยในการควบคุมสต๊อกสินค้า (ร้อยละ 90.1) ปัญหาการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พบสูงสุดสองด้าน คือ 1) ด้านบริการหลังการขายของผู้จัดจำหน่ายโปรแกรม (ร้อยละ 49.4) ส่วนมากเป็นปัญหาเรื่องเว็บไซต์ให้ข้อมูลและคำปรึกษาปัญหาการใช้งานในโปรแกรม (ร้อยละ 62.5) และ 2) ด้านราคาและค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้โปรแกรม (ร้อยละ 49.4) ส่วนมากเป็นปัญหาเรื่องราคาอุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อ (ร้อยละ 73.2) ส่วนปัญหาการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีระดับปัญหาสูงสุด เป็นปัญหาด้านการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรม (คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.8 จาก 5) ส่วนมากเป็นปัญหาเรื่องการตรวจสอบอันตรกิริยาของยา (ร้อยละ 71.4) สำหรับการตัดสินใจใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยงานในอนาคตนั้น ส่วนใหญ่คิดว่าจะใช้ช่วยงานด้านบริหารคลังยาและเวชภัณฑ์ (ร้อยละ 98.1) ผลการศึกษาสามารถเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับร้านยาในการประกอบการตัดสินใจใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ การศึกษาต่อไปควรมุ่งที่การศึกษาจุดคุ้มทุนของการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ในร้านยา

Status and challenges of utilizing computer applications among drug stores in Bangkok, Thailand

This research study was aimed to survey the status and challenges of utilizing computer applications among drug stores in Bangkok. Single-owned drug stores of 195 were included. Self-administered questionnaire were posted to single-owned drug stores during March to April, 2012. Descriptive statistical analysis showed 81 drug stores (41.5%) had computer applications (the majority of these stores used management (90.1%). Most common difficulties in utilizing computer programs were 1) after-sales services (49.4%) where websites providing relevant information were limited (62.5%); 2) the high cost of computer programs (49.4%), particularly connecting equipments (73.2%). Pharmaceutical care applications were among the most problematic applications (average scores of 3.8 from 5). The most common problem was no function in investigating drug interactions (71.4%). Drug stores that might use computer applications in the future reported that they would use those applications to facilitate medication and medical equipment inventory management (98.1%). The study results could serve as a basic information for making decision on the use of computer applications in drug stores. Future study should focus on a break-even analysis of this computer programs.
