The 216 physicians were selected by stratified random sampling with proportional to size method. The content validity of the questionnaire was certified by three experts with IOC between 0.94 – 1.00, and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for reliability was 0.727. Data collection was carried out from 1 November to 30 November 2022. The statistical analyzes were descriptive statistic, point biserial correlation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. The results were as follows:
The majority of participants were female, aged between 21 and 30 years, possessed a bachelor’s degree, and worked at the operational level. Overall, the motivation was at a moderate level (x̅ = 3.45), the organizational support was at a moderate level (x̅ = 2.98) and the quality of physician’s medical records was at a high level (x̅ = 3.57). The factors that predicted the quality of medical records of physicians were the motivation factors of success in work and responsibility aspect, and hygiene factors of relationships with colleagues (R2 = 0.292).
