การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในผู้ป่วยซึมเศร้า: บทบาทพยาบาลจิตเวช

โรคซึมเศร้าเป็นการเจ็บป่วยทางอารมณ์และจิตใจ ที่ส่งผลกระทบด้านร่างกายมากที่สุด และมีแนวโน้มอันตรายต่อชีวิตจากอารมณ์ที่เศร้า หดหู่ สูญเสียความสุข ไร้ค่า มองตนเองและผู้อื่นในด้านลบ จนอาจเกิดการฆ่าตัวตาย ปัจจุบันมีรูปแบบการบำบัดที่หลากหลายเพื่อลดอาการซึมเศร้านี้ ซึ่งการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ เป็นอีกหนึ่งวิธีที่สำคัญที่นำมาใช้ในผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในผู้ป่วยซึมเศร้า ผู้ศึกษาได้ยกตัวอย่างประสบการณ์การให้การพยาบาลโดยนำกระบวนการในการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจมาปรับใช้ในกิจกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยซึมเศร้า มุ่งเน้นที่ทางออกของปัญหา เพื่อนำไปสู่การแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และเพิ่มความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง รวมทั้งสร้างพฤติกรรมที่เหมาะสมให้บุคคล ทำให้เกิดพลังอำนาจในตนเองของผู้ป่วยซึมเศร้า ส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยซึมเศร้าสามารถใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับสังคมได้อย่างปกติสุข
