แนวทางการจัดการดูแลระยะยาวสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงในชุมชนมุสลิมภาคใต้

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดการดูแลระยะยาวสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงในชุมชน
มุสลิมภาคใต้ เลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง รวมทั้งสิ้น 37 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง 5 คน ผู้ดูแลหลัก 5 คน และ
ภาคีเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน 27 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วย การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม การ
บันทึกภาคสนาม การจัดประชุมเวทีชุมชน และการระดมสมอง ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภาคีเครือข่าย
ในชุมชนยังไม่มีการจัดการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่เฉพาะบริบทวัฒนธรรมชุมชนมุสลิม และไม่พบการบูรณาการงานระหว่างภาคีเครือข่ายใน
ชุมชนในการจัดการดูแลระยะยาวอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม แนวทางการจัดการดูแลระยะยาวสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงในชุมชน
คือ 1) ภาคีเครือข่ายในชุมชนร่วมสร้างทีมจิตอาสาเยี่ยมบ้าน 2) กิจกรรมการเยี่ยมบ้านผู้สูงอายุภายใต้วิถีมุสลิม และ 3) ภาคี
สุขภาพร่วมหนุนเสริมศักยภาพผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งข้อเสนอที่ได้เป็นแนวทางการจัดการดูแลระยะยาวสำหรับผู้สูงอายุโดยการมี
ส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและอยู่ภายใต้ศักยภาพชุมชนด้านสำนึกสาธารณะ และวิถีมุสลิม
