การประเมินความหลากหลายทางพันธุกรรมของข้าวพื้นเมืองในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยใช้ เทคนิค RAPD และเทคนิค HAT-RAPD

ข้าวเป็นอาหารหลักของประชากร และยังเป็นสินค้าส่งออกที่สำาคัญของประเทศไทย เนื่องจากประเทศไทยมีสภาพ
ภูมิประเทศและภูมิอากาศของแต่ละภาคแตกต่างกัน จึงทำาให้พืชพื้นเมืองรวมถึงข้าวในพื้นที่ภาคใต้มีความหลากหลายด้วย
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความหลากหลายของข้าวพื้นเมืองที่ปลูกในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยใช้เทคนิค RAPD
และ HAT-RAPD พบว่า เทคนิค RAPD สามารถแบ่งข้าวได้เป็น 2 กลุ่ม โดย กลุ่มที่ 1 ประกอบด้วย ข้าวสายพันธุ์หอม
กระดังงา พันธุ์ซีบูกันตัง กลุ่มที่ 2 ประกอบด้วย ข้าวสายพันธุ์สังข์หยด พันธุ์เล็บนกปัตตานี ในขณะที่เทคนิค HAT-RAPD
สามารถแบ่งข้าวได้เป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มที่ 1 ได้แก่ ข้าวสายพันธุ์หอมกระดังงา พันธุ์ซีบูกันตัง และพันธุ์เล็บนกปัตตานี ส่วน
ข้าวสายพันธุ์สังข์หยด ถูกจัดแยกอยู่ในกลุ่มที่สอง นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่า การนำาไพรเมอร์ของเทคนิค RAPD ไปใช้กับเทคนิค
HAT-RAPD และการนำาไพรเมอร์ของเทคนิค HAT-RAPD ไปใช้กับเทคนิค RAPD ให้ผลเหมือนกับการใช้เทคนิค RAPD
ดังนั้น การใช้เทคนิคที่เหมาะสมกับพืชที่ต้องการวิเคราะห์จึงมีความจำาเป็นในการหาความสัมพันธ์ของสายพันธุ์ข้าว เพื่อนำาไปใช้
ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาสายพันธุ์ต่อไป
