ผลของโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ต่อความรู้และบทบาทของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็ก โรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำาเนิดอายุ 0-3 ป

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ตามแนวคิดการพยาบาลแบบสนับสนุน
และให้ความรู้ ต่อความรู้และบทบาทในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำาเนิดอายุ 0 - 3 ปี ที่เข้ารับการรักษาในตึกผู้ป่วยนอก
โรงพยาบาลนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำานวน 24 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและควบคุม
กลุ่มละ 12 ราย กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ภายใต้แนวคิดระบบการพยาบาลแบบสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ ส่วน
กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ดำาเนินการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมการให้ความรู้และคู่มือการดูแลผู้ป่วย
เด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำาเนิดอายุ 0 - 3 ปี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความรู้ มีค่าความยากง่ายเท่ากับ .76 และ
แบบสอบถามบทบาทในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำาเนิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ
พรรณนาและสถิติที
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนความรู้มากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำาคัญทางสถิติ (t = 4.92,
p < .001) และมีความรู้หลังได้รับโปรแกรมสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่าง มีนัยสำาคัญทางสถิติ (t = 2.81, p < .01) รวมทั้งกลุ่ม
ทดลองมีคะแนนบทบาทในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำาเนิดมากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำาคัญทางสถิติ
(t = 4.43, p < .001) แต่ไม่มีความแตกต่างของคะแนนบทบาทในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำาเนิดระหว่างกลุ่ม

แนวคิดระบบการพยาบาลแบบสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ เป็นแนวทางที่ทีมสุขภาพควรนำามาใช้ในการให้ความรู้แก่
ผู้ดูแล เพื่อให้ผู้ดูแลมีความรู้และให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำาเนิดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
