ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัดนราธิวาส

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติงานของ อสม. จังหวัดนราธิวาส การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive research) แบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross Sectional Study) กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ อสม. ที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดนราธิวาส จำนวน 169 คน คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ G*power เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยสุ่มอย่างง่ายด้วยวิธีการจับฉลาก โดยใช้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยง ได้เท่ากับ 0.91 และ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม ปัจจัยการสนับสนุน และการปฏิบัติงาน เท่ากับ 0.88 และ 0.92 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา หาค่าความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้ไคสแควร์ และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียรสัน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อสม. มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ (= 2.26, SD = 0.38) การได้รับสิ่งสนับสนุน มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดี (= 2.35, SD = 0.36) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของ อสม. ได้แก่ การได้รับการนิเทศ (r = 0.244, p = 0.001) การฝึกอบรม (r = 0.208, p = 0.007) และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน (r = 0.158, p = 0.040)
การปฏิบัติงานของ อสม. อยู่ระดับพอใช้ ดังนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรจะสนับสนุนการฟื้นฟูความรู้ด้านสุขภาพและฝึกอบรม อสม. อย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้เกิดทักษะความชำนาญในการปฏิบัติงาน และมีการประเมินผลติดตามนิเทศเป็นระยะ และควรดึงคนหรือแกนนำชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมกับ อสม. ในการดูแลสุขภาพของประชาชนในพื้นที่
