การจัดการและติดตามพฤติกรรมการเรียนผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี RFID และ QR Code ร่วมกับ IoT กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนบ้านลูโบ๊ะซามา

ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องยาวนานในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้นี้ ส่งผลกระทบต่อการพัฒนาด้านการศึกษาต่อคนในพื้นที่เป็นอย่างมาก ขาดโอกาสทางการศึกษาอย่างทั่วถึง และผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำากว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยระดับชาติมากนั้น ทำาให้ผู้วิจัยคิดหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว โดยนำาเทคโนโลยีทางด้าน RFID และ QR Code ร่วมกับ IoT ซึ่งเป็นการนำาเทคโนโลยีทางด้านดิจิทัลมาแก้ปัญหาทางการศึกษา ผ่านทางโปรแกรมบนโทรศัพท์มือถือ Line Chat Bot (iSchool Bot) ซึ่งจะคอยติดตามการเข้าเรียนของนักเรียน และเปรียบเทียบผลการเข้าเรียนของนักเรียน ประจำาปีการศึกษา 2561 ระว่างเทอมต้น (ก่อนใช้ระบบ) และเทอมปลาย (หลังใช้ระบบ) พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยการเข้าเรียนของนักเรียนหลังใช้ระบบดีขึ้น 11.58% เมื่อเทียบกับก่อนใช้ระบบนี้ ทั้งนี้สามารถนำางานวิจัยนี้ไปเป็นต้นแบบไปใช้ประโยชน์ในโรงเรียนอื่นๆ ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ต่อไป
