ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรควัณโรคของผู้สูงอายุมุสลิมที่อาศัยในชุมชนชายทะเล อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์ภาคตัดขวางมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำนายปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรควัณโรคของผู้สูงอายุมุสลิม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาคือ ผู้สูงอายุมุสลิมที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนชายทะเล อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 384 คน ถูกสุ่มด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม - สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ด้วยแบบสอบถามเชิงสัมภาษณ์เรื่องการรับรู้อันตราย การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยง และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรควัณโรคที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นซึ่งผ่านการทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน มีค่าความสอดคล้องระหว่าง .67 - 1 และสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาคซ์ เท่ากับ .833, .815, .907 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ และสถิติ Multiple regression analysis ด้วยวิธี enter regression
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อายุ (X2) (p<.001, β = .210) การศึกษา (X4) (p=.006, β = .135) และลักษณะครอบครัวเดี่ยว (X7) (p=.009, β = -.123) มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรควัณโรคของผู้สูงอายุมุสลิมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ภาวะคุกคาม ประกอบด้วยการรับรู้อันตรายและการรับรู้ภาวะโอกาสเสี่ยงพบว่า มีเพียงการรับรู้อันตราย (X9) ที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรควัณโรคของผู้สูงอายุมุสลิมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ p < .001 β = .279 R2= .177
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่าเจ้าหน้าที่สุขภาพควรมีการรณรงค์และส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรควัณโรคในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุมุสลิมมากขึ้น โดยการสร้างช่องทางการรับรู้อันตรายของการเกิดโรคผ่านช่องทางข่าวสารในรูปแบบสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักในการป้องกันโรค
