ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความถูกต้องในการคัดแยกผู้ป่วยที่ไม่ใช่การบาดเจ็บของพยาบาลแผนกอุบัติเหตุ-ฉุกเฉิน

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงทำนายเพื่อศึกษาความถูกต้องและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความถูกต้องในการคัดแยกผู้ป่วยที่ไม่ใช่การบาดเจ็บของพยาบาล แผนกอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพแผนกอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉินโรงพยาบาลทุกระดับชั้น 4 จังหวัดภาคใต้จำนวน 88 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบทดสอบความรู้ และชุดเก็บข้อมูลการคัดแยกผู้ป่วย ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องเหมาะสมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน มีค่าความตรงของเครื่องมือเท่ากับ .83 และ .94 เก็บข้อมูลจากแฟ้มผู้ป่วยภายหลังเสร็จสิ้นการรักษาในแผนกอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าพยาบาลคัดแยกผู้ป่วยได้ถูกต้องร้อยละ 72.80 คัดแยกผู้ป่วยผิดพลาดร้อยละ 27.20 เกือบครึ่งหนึ่งของการคัดแยกผิดพลาดเป็นการคัดแยกต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความถูกต้องในการคัดแยกผู้ป่วยที่ไม่ใช่การบาดเจ็บ พบว่าความรู้ในการคัดแยกผู้ป่วย และประสบการณ์การทำงานแผนกอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉินเป็นปัจจัยที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 45.50 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.01) ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบการคัดแยกผู้ป่วยของแผนกอุบัติเหตุ-ฉุกเฉินให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
