ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะซีดในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มาฝากครรภ์ในจังหวัดยะลา

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประวัติทางสูติกรรม และความรู้เรื่องซีดกับภาวะซีดในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ และเปรียบเทียบความรู้เรื่องซีดระหว่างหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะซีดและไม่มีภาวะซีด กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ หญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มาฝากครรภ์ ที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ศูนย์อนามัยที่ 12 ยะลา ระหว่างเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ - สิงหาคม 2562 จำนวน 190 ราย คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและประวัติทางสูติกรรม และแบบวัดความรู้เรื่องซีด ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาของเครื่องมือโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน แบบวัดความรู้เรื่องซีดมีค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.67 - 1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.7 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไคว์สแควร์ สัมประสิทธิ์การณ์จรของคราเมอร์ และ t-test
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การมีประวัติซีดในครรภ์ที่แล้ว การลืมกินยาเสริมธาตุเหล็ก และจำนวนครั้งของการตั้งครรภ์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะซีดในระดับต่ำ (.275, .200, และ .141 ตามลำดับ) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001, .005 และ .05 ตามลำดับ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ ระยะเวลาการมีประจำเดือน พาหะธาลัสซีเมีย ระยะห่างของการตั้งครรภ์ อายุครรภ์ที่มาฝากครรภ์ครั้งแรก การฝากครรภ์ครบตามเกณฑ์ และความรู้เรื่องซีด ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะซีด และความรู้เรื่องซีดระหว่างหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะซีดและไม่มีภาวะซีดไม่แตกต่างกัน ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะซีด
