แนวทางการดำเนินธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย

จากสัดส่วนประชากรสูงอายุที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ประเทศไทยกำลังก้าวเข้าสู่สังคมสูงอายุโดยสมบูรณ์ ส่งผลให้ภาคธุรกิจต้องปรับตัวเพื่อรองรับกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมายซึ่งเป็นผู้สูงอายุ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ข้อ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของแนวทางการดำเนินธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย และ 3) เพื่อพัฒนาแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้างแนวทางการดำเนินธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยเทคนิคการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน
9 ท่าน และเทคนิคการสนทนากลุ่ม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 7 ท่าน ส่วนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณคือ แบบสอบถาม โดยสอบถามผู้ประกอบการจำนวน 500 ราย ที่ดำเนินธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุจำนวน 500 ราย ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ใช้ทั้งสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติอ้างอิง และสถิติเชิงตัวแปรพหุ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ลักษณะการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย ที่มีค่าร้อยละสูงสุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ (1) องค์กรยังไม่เป็นสมาชิกของสมาคม หน่วยงาน หรือองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 95.8 (2) สินค้าด้านการแพทย์และสุขภาพ เหมาะสำหรับผู้สูงอายุวัยปลาย (อายุ 80 ปีขึ้นไป) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 51.8 และ (3) องค์กรใช้ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาคเอกชนในการสร้างนวัตกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50.6
ส่วนแนวทางการดำเนินธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดขององค์ประกอบแต่ละด้านเป็นดังนี้ ด้านนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี คือ การซื้อเทคโนโลยีบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดจากภายนอกองค์กรมาประยุกต์ต่อยอด ด้านกระบวนการภายใน คือ การปรับปรุงองค์กรให้ยืดหยุ่น เพื่อพร้อมรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านการตลาด คือ สินค้าหรือบริการควรใช้งานง่าย สะดวก ไม่ซับซ้อน ด้านทรัพยากร คือ สนับสนุนให้กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุเข้ามาร่วมลงทุนในธุรกิจ และด้านการเรียนรู้และพัฒนา คือ ควรกำหนด Career Path ในการทำงานที่ชัดเจน
ผลการวิเคราะห์ตัวแบบจําลองสมการโครงสร้างที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นพบว่า ผ่านตามเกณฑ์การประเมิน มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าระดับความน่าจะเป็นของไคสแควร์เท่ากับ 0.087 ค่าไคสแควร์สัมพัทธ์เท่ากับ 1.109 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 0.951 และค่าดัชนีรากของค่าเฉลี่ยกําลังสองของการประมาณค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน เท่ากับ 0.015
