องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดยะลา

การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 300 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิเครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาได้ค่า IOC ระหว่าง .67 – 1.00 และได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาครายด้านเท่ากับ .883 - .909 และทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .806 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (Exploratory Factor Analysis: EFA) สกัดปัจจัยด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลักใช้วิธีหมุนแกนองค์ประกอบแบบออโธโกนอลด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดยะลา มี 8 องค์ประกอบ 47 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่
1) องค์ประกอบที่ 1 สัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล มี 10 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) องค์ประกอบที่ 2 การคิดเชิงบวก มี 7 ตัวบ่งชี้ 3) องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ความพึงพอใจในชีวิต มี 7 ตัวบ่งชี้ 4) องค์ประกอบที่ 4 การเป็นที่ยอมรับและเชื่อถือ มี 6 ตัวบ่งชี้ 5) องค์ประกอบที่ 5 ความพึงพอใจในงาน มี 6 ตัวบ่งชี้ 6) องค์ประกอบที่ 6 ความพึงพอใจต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 7) องค์ประกอบที่ 7 ความสุขในการทำงาน มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ 8) องค์ประกอบที่ 8 สัมพันธภาพระหว่างครอบครัว มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้
ผลวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างความสุขในการปฏิบัติงานพร้อมทั้งสร้างขวัญ และกำลังใจของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลจังหวัดยะลาและจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ต่อไป
