ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานของกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม กับความตั้งใจของมารดาในการใช้น้ำนมจากธนาคารนมแม่

การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาระดับและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานของกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม กับความตั้งใจของมารดาในการใช้น้ำนมจากธนาคารนมแม่ เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงคุณสมบัติ เป็นมารดาที่มีบุตรเข้ารับการรักษาในหออภิบาลทารกแรกเกิดจำนวน 220 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานของกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม และความตั้งใจในการใช้น้ำนมจากธนาคารนมแม่ของมารดา ผ่านการพิจารณาความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยรวมเท่ากับ .95 ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคได้ .89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีทัศนคติทางบวกต่อการใช้น้ำนมจากธนาคารนมแม่ บรรทัดฐานของกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม และความตั้งใจของมารดาในการใช้น้ำนมจากธนาคารนมแม่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ (2) ทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานของกลุ่มอ้างอิง และการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับความตั้งใจของมารดาในการใช้น้ำนมจากธนาคารนมแม่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .38, p < .01; r = .58, p < .01; และ r = .36, p < .01 ตามลำดับ)
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการหากลยุทธ์ส่งเสริมให้มารดาที่มีทารกเข้ารับการรักษาในหออภิบาลทารกแรกเกิดมีทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานของกลุ่มอ้างอิง และการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรมในทางบวกต่อการใช้น้ำนมจากธนาคารนมแม่ ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มความตั้งใจของมารดาในการใช้น้ำนมจากธนาคารนมแม่ให้สูงขึ้น
