การวิจัยผสานวิธีเพื่อพัฒนาแบบวัดความรักใคร่ผูกพันของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกต่อบุตร

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบวัดความรักใคร่ผูกพันของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกต่อบุตรที่มีความเที่ยงตรง เชื่อถือได้ ด้วยวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี แบบสำรวจเป็นลำดับ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเพื่อศึกษาความรักใคร่ผูกพันของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกต่อบุตร และนำผลการวิจัยมาพัฒนาเป็นวัดความรักใคร่ผูกพันของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกต่อบุตรด้วยระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพพบว่ามารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกมีความรักใคร่ผูกพันต่อบุตรแบ่งเป็น 2 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความรู้สึกรักใคร่ผูกพันที่มารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกมีต่อบุตร ประกอบด้วยความรู้สึกด้านบวก และความรู้สึกด้านลบ และองค์ประกอบด้านพฤติกรรมรักใคร่ผูกพัน ประกอบด้วย การตอบสนองความต้องการด้านร่างกาย การดูแลเอาใจใส่ด้านอารมณ์จิตใจของบุตร การดูแลให้บุตรรู้สึกมั่นคงปลอดภัย การจัดการอารมณ์ในทางลบของตนเองที่เกิดจากการดูแลบุตร และการแสวงหาความรู้เกี่ยวการดูแลบุตร ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อค้นพบจากการงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มาพัฒนาสู่การสร้างเครื่องมือเชิงปริมาณเป็นแบบวัดความรักใคร่ผูกพันของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกต่อบุตร โดยแบบวัดความรักใคร่ผูกพันมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นในองค์ประกอบที่ 1ด้านความรู้สึกรักใคร่ผูกพันอยู่ที่ .78 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นในองค์ประกอบที่ 2
ด้านพฤติกรรมรักใคร่ผูกพันอยู่ที่ .84 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับอยู่ที่ .89
