ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโรงพยาบาลสนามของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในจังหวัดสงขลา

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้เพื่อศึกษาความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโรงพยาบาลและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโรงพยาบาลสนามของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในจังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 155 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายจากการเก็บออนไลน์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามการจัดระบบดูแลผู้ป่วย การจัดการตัวผู้ป่วย การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม การให้ความรู้และข้อมูลข่าวสาร แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน และความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงาน ได้ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาระหว่าง .67 – 1.00 ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .870, .960, .946, .932, .850 และ.961 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยเชิงพหุแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโรงพยาบาลสนามของพยาบาลวิชาชีพใน จังหวัดสงขลา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.05, S.D.= 0.61) โดยปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโรงพยาบาลสนามของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในจังหวัดสงขลา ได้แก่ การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม (Beta=.392) การจัดระบบดูแลผู้ป่วย (Beta=.353) และแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน (Beta=.183) โดยสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 67.40 (adj.R2 = .674, p <.001) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
ดังนั้นโรงพยาบาลชุมชนควรพัฒนาและเตรียมความพร้อมการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม การจัดระบบดูแลผู้ป่วยกรณีมีการเปิดโรงพยาบาลสนามอีกครั้งเพื่อรองรับการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 และโรคอุบัติใหม่ ตลอดจนการทบทวนการเสริมแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานให้กับพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลสนาม
