รูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาทารกแรกเกิด – 28 วันตาย ในสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบของจังหวัดนราธิวาส ปี 2564-2565

การศึกษานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินความเหมาะสมรูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาทารกแรกเกิด – 28 วันตาย ในสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบของจังหวัดนราธิวาส เป็นงานวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน 1) วิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ศึกษาสถานการณ์สภาพปัญหา วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ และพัฒนารูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาทารกแรกเกิด - 28 วันตาย 2) วิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการแก้ไขปัญหาจากความคิดเห็นของพยาบาลผู้รับผิดชอบงานอนามัยแม่และเด็ก จังหวัดนราธิวาส คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 206 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหารายข้อ (IOC) จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน มีค่าระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า รูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาทารกแรกเกิด - 28 วันตาย ในสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบของจังหวัดนราธิวาส ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 การบริหารจัดการ 7 ด้าน และส่วนที่ 2 ปัจจัยสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน 4 ด้าน และพบว่ารูปแบบการแก้ปัญหาทารกแรกเกิด - 28 วันตายในสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบของจังหวัดนราธิวาส มีความเหมาะสมมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.14 ± 0.458 เมื่อจำแนกค่าเฉลี่ยรายด้าน ส่วนที่ 1 การบริหารจัดการ 7 ด้าน ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจัดบุคลากรปฏิบัติงาน 4.19 ±0.547 รองลงมาด้านการวางแผน 4.18 ±0.568 ด้านการรายงานผลการปฏิบัติ 4.17 ±0.558 ด้านการประสานงาน 4.15 ±0.571 ด้านการจัดการองค์กร 4.14 ±0.549 ด้านการอำนวยการ 4.09 ±0.630 และด้านงบประมาณ 4.00 ±0.584 ส่วนที่ 2 ปัจจัยสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน 4 ด้าน ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ระบบบริการมีคุณภาพ 4.24 ±0.529 รองลงมาระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ 4.15 ±0.585 ทีมงานมีประสิทธิภาพ 4.11 ±0.569 และภาคีเครือข่ายมีส่วนร่วม 4.06 ±0.583 ตามลำดับ
