ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด 19 ของเด็กวัยเรียน

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายนี้ เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความรู้ ทัศนคติ ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด 19 และ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด 19 ของเด็กวัยเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเด็กวัยเรียนกำลังศึกษาชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 166 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม 5 ชุด คือ ข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบวัดความรู้ แบบสอบถามทัศนคติ แบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด 19 ของเด็กวัยเรียน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรู้และทัศนคติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด 19 ของเด็กวัยเรียนอยู่ในระดับสูง พฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด 19 ได้แก่ การล้างมือ การสวมหน้ากากอนามัย การเว้นระยะห่าง และการสำรวจตนเอง อยู่ในระดับสูง ส่วนการใช้แอปพิเคชันไทยชนะอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง นอกจากนี้ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด 19 ของเด็กวัยเรียน คือ ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ โดยสามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด 19 ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติร้อยละ 29.5 (R2 = .295, p < .01) ผลวิจัยเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับหน่วยงานสาธารณสุขและสถานการศึกษา นำไปเป็นแนวทางส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด 19 หรือโรคติดเชื้อใหม่ที่อาจเกิดขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่วิถีใหม่ของเด็ก ทำให้สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตและดูแลสุขภาพได้อย่างเหมาะสม
