ผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพผ่านออนไลน์ต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด - 19 ในนิสิตคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อโควิด - 19 ในนิสิตคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง คือ นิสิตคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 3 และ 4 ที่ลงทะเบียนและฝึกปฏิบัติวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาล ในปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 137 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ผ่านการประเมินความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ 2) คู่มือ และสื่อ 3) แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อโควิด - 19 และ 4) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อโควิด - 19 มีค่าความสอดคล้องของเนื้อหาระหว่าง 0.67 – 1.00 ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาระหว่าง 0.71 – 0.96 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค 0.76 และ 0.91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และสถิติ Paired t-test
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของกลุ่มตัวอย่างหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรม (t = - 9.060 , p < 0.001) และคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด - 19 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่า ก่อนได้รับโปรแกรม (t = -3.740 ,p < 0.001)
ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า โปรแกรม ฯ สามารถส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคโควิด - 19 ได้จริง เป็นโปรแกรมที่มีประโยชน์ และมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า ควรนำโปรแกรมไปใช้ในการเตรียมความพร้อมนิสิตก่อนการขึ้นฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลและขยายผลไปยังนิสิตสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพอื่นที่ต้องฝึกปฏิบัติกับผู้ป่วย เพื่อให้มีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด - 19 ที่เหมาะสม
