ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงและความเครียดต่อพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นเบาหวาน

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงและความเครียดต่อพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นเบาหวาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นเบาหวานชนิดเอ วัน (GDM A1) ที่เข้ารับบริการแผนกฝากครรภ์โรงพยาบาลมหาราช นครศรีธรรมราช ระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม 2566 ถึงเดือนตุลาคม 2566 คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดจำนวน 90 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงขณะตั้งครรภ์ แบบประเมินความเครียดและแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกาย หาค่าความเที่ยงโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิแอลฟาของ ครอนบาค (Cronbach’s alpha coefficients) ได้ .94, .91 และ .80 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงขณะตั้งครรภ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 305.42,
D. = 154.75) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความเครียดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 40.78, S.D. = 9.22) และค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกาย อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 34.41, S.D. = 8.30) - การรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความเครียด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
(r = .260, p < .05) และการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกาย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .240, p < .05) และความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ทีมสหวิชาชีพสามารถนำไปส่งเสริมการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นเบาหวานเพื่อปรับพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกาย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดได้
