ปัจจัยทำนายความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานศูนย์คัดกรองยาเสพติดระดับตำบล ในจังหวัดสงขลา

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานศูนย์คัดกรองยาเสพติดระดับตำบลในจังหวัดสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์คัดกรองยาเสพติดระดับตำบลจำนวน 138 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่ายตามบทบาทที่คณะกรรมการศูนย์คัดกรองกำหนด ทักษะการคัดกรองและให้คำปรึกษาของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมอาคารสถานที่ อัตรากำลัง และความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงาน ได้ค่าความตรงระหว่าง .67 – 1.00 ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .948, .954, .937, .967, .955 และ .979 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยเชิงพหุแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
ความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานศูนย์คัดกรองยาเสพติดระดับตำบลในจังหวัดสงขลาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.71, S.D. = 0.78) โดยปัจจัยทำนายความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานศูนย์คัดกรองยาเสพติดระดับตำบลในจังหวัดสงขลา ได้แก่ อัตรากำลัง (Beta = .463) แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน (Beta = .241) การมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย(Beta = .167) และการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมอาคารสถานที่ (Beta= .133) โดยสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 83.60 (adj.R2 = .836, p <.001) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
ดังนั้นศูนย์ฯควรปรับปรุงและเตรียมความพร้อมการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม การจัดอัตรากำลังให้เหมาะสมกับภาระงาน สร้างขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานด้วยการเสริมแรง เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่ายและมีแนวทางที่ชัดเจนเป็นรูปธรรม ง่ายต่อการปฏิบัติและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน ให้กับพยาบาลวิชาชีพและผู้ที่ปฏิบัติงานศูนย์คัดกรองยาเสพติดระดับตำบล
