การศึกษาพฤติกรรมการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมชายแดนใต้

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (qualitative research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมชายแดนใต้ โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เหตุการณ์สำคัญ (critical incidents analysis) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเหตุการณ์สำคัญ 30 เหตุการณ์ เป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวน 30 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก แนวคำถามผ่านการพิจารณาความครอบคลุมและเหมาะสมที่จะนำไปใช้ จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการจัดกลุ่มและจัดหมวดหมู่คำตอบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต สรุปได้ 3 ประเด็น ตามลำดับได้แก่ 1) การปรับตัวด้านการใช้ภาษาในการสื่อสาร 2) การปรับตัวด้านสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม 3) การปรับตัวทางด้านพหุวัฒนธรรม
ผลจากการศึกษานี้ เป็นประโยชน์กับหน่วยงานในการบริหารจัดการปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดการศึกษาให้นักศึกษาปรับตัวได้ดีในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมชายแดนใต้
