ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความคิดฆ่าตัวตายของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

การวิจัยแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความคิด
ฆ่าตัวตายของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 280 คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามเหตุการณ์ความเครียดในชีวิต แบบวัดการเผชิญปัญหาของวัยรุ่น และแบบประเมินความคิดฆ่าตัวตาย มีค่าความเที่ยงของเท่ากับ 0.91, 0.71, 0.86 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าพิสัย และสถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เหตุการณ์ความเครียดในชีวิตของนักเรียนที่พบสูงสุด 3 ลำดับแรกคือปัญหารายวิชาที่เรียน ปัญหาด้านข้อจำกัดในการเรียน และปัญหากับเพื่อน ร้อยละ 90.00, 85.40 และ 83.90 ตามลำดับ 2) นักเรียนใช้วิธีการเผชิญปัญหาสูงสุด 3 ลำดับแรก คือ การเผชิญปัญหาโดยใช้ความสามารถของตนเอง การเผชิญปัญหาโดยอาศัยแหล่งสนับสนุนอื่น และการเผชิญปัญหาโดยการหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหา ร้อยละ 81.10, 64.30 และ 44.60 ตามลำดับ 3) นักเรียนมีความคิดฆ่าตัวตายระดับต่ำ สูง และสูงมาก ร้อยละ 79.30, 12.10 และ 8.60 ตามลำดับ 4) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความคิดฆ่าตัวตายของนักเรียนมี 5 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ การเผชิญปัญหาโดยการหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหา การเผชิญปัญหาโดยอาศัยแหล่งสนับสนุนอื่น เหตุการณ์ความเครียดในชีวิตด้านปัญหารายวิชาที่เรียน ปัญหากับครู / อาจารย์ และปัญหากับแฟน (β =.291, -.279, .131, .126 และ .126 ตามลำดับ) ปัจจัยเหล่านี้สามารถทำนายความคิดฆ่าตัวตายของนักเรียนได้ ร้อยละ 29.10 (R2 = .291, p < .05) ผลการวิจัยนำไปใช้ป้องกันความคิดฆ่าตัวตายของนักเรียนได้ โดยการลดเหตุการณ์ความเครียดและส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนใช้วิธีการเผชิญปัญหาที่เหมาะสม
