ผลของรูปแบบทุนทางสังคมต่อการรับรู้ทุนทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ตามลำพัง การรับรู้ทุนทางสังคม และความพึงพอใจในการมีส่วนร่วมของเครือข่ายชุมชน

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหา ความต้องการทุนทางสังคม และแหล่งทุนทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุที่อยู่ตามลำพัง 2) พัฒนารูปแบบทุนทางสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ตามลำพัง 3) ประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบทุนทางสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ตามลำพัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย ผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ตามลำพัง จำนวน 30 คน และเครือข่ายชุมชน จำนวน 30 คน ประกอบด้วย อาสาสมัครผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ 14 คน ผู้นำชุมชน 6 คน บุคลากรทางสุขภาพ 4 คน บุคลากรองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 6 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แนวคำถามในการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบวัดการรับรู้ทุนทางสังคมผู้สูงอายุ แบบวัดการรับรู้ทุนทางสังคมของเครือข่ายชุมชน และแบบวัดความพึงพอใจในการมีส่วนร่วมเครือข่ายชุมชน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติ paired t-test และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบทุนทางสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ตามลำพังมีการพัฒนา 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ประเมินปัญหาความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุและแหล่งทุนทางสังคม 2) วางแผนงานและกำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่ร่วมกัน 3) ดำเนินการตามแผน 4) ประเมินผล ส่งผลให้ 1) การรับรู้ทุนทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุหลังการดำเนินงานสูงกว่าก่อนการดำเนินงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (t = 3.064, p = .005) 2) การรับรู้ทุนทางสังคมของเครือข่ายชุมชนหลังการดำเนินงานสูงกว่าก่อนการดำเนินงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (t = -10.562, p = .000) 3) ความพึงพอใจในการมีส่วนร่วมของเครือข่ายชุมชนหลังการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับสูง ( = 4.29, S.D. = .39)
