Health Literacy with Prevention Behaviors of COVID - 19 among Informal Workers During the Post Pandemic Period in Chumphon Province

การศึกษานี้ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์แบบตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด - 19 ของแรงงานนอกระบบ ในสภาวการณ์หลังโรคระบาด จังหวัดชุมพร โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 427 คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบปลายปิดที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ผ่านการตรวจหาความเที่ยงตรงตามเนื้อหา ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้แก่ บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสุขศึกษาและพฤติกรรมศาสตร์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการควบคุมป้องกันโรคระบาด และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาสูง (0.93) และตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่น โดยนำแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการพิจารณาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิแล้ว ไปทดลองใช้กับแรงงานนอกระบบ ที่มีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีความเชื่อมั่นสูง (0.92) ด้านความรอบรู้ เท่ากับ 0.89 ด้านพฤติกรรม เท่ากับ 0.90 โดยใช้วิธี Alpha Coefficient ตามวิธีการของ Cronbach ข้อมูลที่ได้วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติไคสแควร์ (Chi-Square) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า แรงงานนอกระบบมีความรอบรู้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 121.91, S.D. = 18.69) และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด - 19 ก็อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 80.29, S.D. = 13.63) สถานบริการที่เข้ารับบริการและความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05)กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด - 19 การศึกษานี้จึงสามารถนำไปใช้ในการออกแบบแนวทางการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรม และการควบคุมเฝ้าระวังป้องกันโรคอุบัติใหม่ในกลุ่มประชากรวัยทำงานได้ในอนาคต
