บทคัดย่อ

ความเป็นมาและวัตถุประสงค์ ผู้ต้องขังหญิงที่ตั้งครรภ์เป็นกลุ่มเปราะบางที่ต้องการการดูแลสุขภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง เจ้าพนักงานราชทัณฑ์หญิงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการเฝ้าระวังอาการ ให้ข้อมูลสุขภาพเบื้องต้น และประสานการส่งต่อ จึงจำเป็นต้องมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่เหมาะสมกับบทบาท การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ การได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการดูแลผู้ต้องขังหญิงที่ตั้งครรภ์ของเจ้าพนักงานราชทัณฑ์หญิง และ
2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการดูแลผู้ต้องขังหญิงที่ตั้งครรภ์ของเจ้าพนักงานราชทัณฑ์หญิง

วิธีการวิจัย การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น
เจ้าพนักงานราชทัณฑ์หญิงที่ปฏิบัติงานในทัณฑสถานหญิงกลางนครราชสีมา จำนวน 85 ราย คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่า S-CVI/UA อยู่ระหว่าง .88 – 1.00 และค่าความเที่ยงอยู่ระหว่าง .70 – 96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน

ผลการวิจัย คะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่เท่ากับ 50.82 (S.D. = 12.16) แรงสนับสนุน ทางสังคมเท่ากับ 20.40 (S.D. = 2.88) และคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมเท่ากับ 95.11 (S.D. = 18.25) ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ความรู้ความเข้าใจและการรู้เท่าทันสื่ออยู่ในระดับไม่ดี การรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวม (rₛ = .254, p < .05) การเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพและบริการสุขภาพ (rₛ = .456, p < .05) การสื่อสาร (rₛ = .430, p < .05) และการจัดการตนเอง (rₛ = .330, p < .05) แต่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความรู้ความเข้าใจ (rₛ = -.318, p < .05) แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวม (rₛ = .388, p < .05) การเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพและบริการสุขภาพ (r = .546, p < .05) การสื่อสาร (r = .427, p < .05) การจัดการตนเอง (r = .413, p < .05) และการตัดสินใจ (r = .341, p < .05)

สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ เจ้าพนักงานราชทัณฑ์หญิงมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการดูแลผู้ต้องขังหญิงที่ตั้งครรภ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ มีข้อจำกัดด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจและการรู้เท่าทันสื่อ การรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์กับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในหลายมิติ ควรส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ ทักษะการประเมินข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาสามารถใช้กำหนดเนื้อหาเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากร จัดทำสื่อในการให้ข้อมูลหรือแนวปฏิบัติที่เชื่อถือได้ และระบบสนับสนุนจากบุคลากรสุขภาพให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของทัณฑสถาน
