การตรวจจับน้ำมันเบนซินในซากเพลิงโดย SPME–GC–MS: การประเมินช่วงเวลาการเก็บตัวอย่าง

บทคัดย่อ

การลอบวางเพลิงเป็นอาชญากรรมร้ายแรงที่ร้ายแรง การเก็บหลักฐานทางกายภาพจากซากเพลิงมักเป็นเรื่องยาก น้ำมันเบนซินเป็นเชื้อเพลิงที่มักถูกใช้ในคดีลอบวางเพลิง งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาการตรวจยืนยันน้ำมันเบนซินในซากเพลิงไหม้และระยะเวลาที่สามารถเก็บตัวอย่างได้ การทดลองนำตัวอย่างกองผ้าขนาด 20 × 20 × 15 ซม. มาราดด้วยน้ำมันเบนซิน 1 ลิตร จุดไฟปล่อยให้ไฟไหม้อย่างอิสระประมาณ 30 นาที แล้วดับด้วยน้ำ ทำการเก็บตัวอย่างซากเพลิงขนาด 1 × 1 ซม. เก็บในขวดHeadspace ขนาด 20 มล. นำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยเทคนิคโซลิคเฟสไมโครเอกซ์แทรกชัน-แก๊สโครมาโตกราฟฟีควบคู่แมสสเปกโตรเมตรี (SPME–GC–MS) ผลการตรวจสอบ จากโครมาโทแกรมของการวิเคราะห์ไอออน (Ion Chromatogram) พบว่าสามารถระบุว่าเป็นน้ำมันเบนซินได้จากพีคของ Heptane, Toluene, Octane, Ethylbenzene, Xylenes, Benzene derivatives และNaphthalene และพบว่าปริมาณไอของน้ำมันเบนซินที่ตรวจพบได้ชัดเจนในช่วง 1–3 ชั่วโมงแรก (ร้อยละสารตกค้างสัมพัทธ์ 100-30.17) ภายหลังไฟดับ และยังสามารถตรวจพบได้ถึง 72 ชั่วโมง (ร้อยละสารตกค้างสัมพัทธ์ 16.82) การพัฒนาวิธีนี้สามารถประยุกต์ใช้ในการตรวจหาสารตกค้างของน้ำมันเบนซินบนชากเถ้าไฟไหม้ในคดีลอบวางเพลิงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพได้
