Development of a Durian Processed Product Management Center System Application in Narathiwat Province Towards Driving E-Commerce

บทคัดย่อ

This research focuses on developing a central management system application for durian processed products to drive e-commerce in a B2B2C model, integrating buyers and sellers on a single platform. The sample group is the durian processing community in Bukit Sub-district, Cho-airong District, Narathiwat Province. The research objectives are: 1) To study relevant data and research on developing e-commerce applications, 2) To design the architecture of the central management system for durian processed products, and 3) To evaluate the system's effectiveness. The development process began by gathering user requirements and following the SDLC methodology. The tools used in the development include NextJS for Server-Side Rendering (SSR) on the frontend and Node.js for the backend, connected to a Firestore NoSQL database on the Firebase platform. The system consists of seven modules: member management, product management, order management, payment channels, database management, multi-vendor management, and reporting system. User testing was conducted with two IT experts and 30 general users from the durian processing community. The research tools were validated for content accuracy by three experts. The performance evaluation results indicated that both IT experts and general users rated the system as very good, particularly in meeting user needs (x̅=4.67, S.D.=0.49), system functionality (x̅=4.62, S.D.=0.55), usability (x̅=4.57, S.D.=0.49), and data security (x̅=4.60, S.D.=0.56).

The research results demonstrate that the designed system is effective and can be practically implemented. It helps the community connect durian processed products to online markets via social media, effectively increasing sales channels. Additionally, it can serve as a central marketplace mechanism to control product prices and quality in the future.
