Updated Author Guidelines

Effective from Vol. 19 No. 3 (2026): September–December, the Journal of Food Health and Bioenvironmental Science (JFHB) will be adding new formatting guidelines for all newly published articles.

To further align with international publishing standards, authors are requested to adhere to the following requirements:

• Author Contributions: Each author must indicate their contribution(s) to the manuscript based on the 14 roles of CRediT Taxonomy.
• ORCID iD: Each author must specify their ORCID iD, sequenced according to the manuscript’s author list.

• Declaration of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process: Authors must properly acknowledge any use of generative AI and/or AI-assisted technologies throughout the manuscript’s writing process (if applicable)
