ความหลากหลายของสมุนไพรและการใช้ประโยชน์ในพื้นที่เขาพระ อำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

บทคัดย่อ

  การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความหลากหลายของพันธุ์พืชสมุนไพรในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี  โดยทำการสำรวจและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตัวอย่างพันธุ์พืชสมุนไพร ดำเนินการศึกษาโดยการวางแปลงชั่วคราวเพื่อศึกษาสังคมพืช นอกจากนี้ยังใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างและแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเพื่อศึกษาภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการใช้ประโยชน์พืชสมุนไพร โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ (stratified random sampling) จำนวน 200 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพันธุ์พืชสมุนไพรโดยการนำมาคำนวณหาค่าความหลากหลาย (diversity index) ความเด่นสัมพัทธ์ (relativedominant) ความหนาแน่นสัมพัทธ์ (relative density) ความถี่สัมพัทธ์ (relative frequency) และดรรชนีความสำคัญ (dominant index) โดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS for Window สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย นำผลการศึกษาที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาแนวทางจัดการพืชสมุนไพรในป่าในพื้นที่อำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

  จากการสำรวจพรรณไม้ในแปลงขนาด 4x4 เมตร จำนวน ทั้งสิ้น 30 แปลง ในพื้นที่ทั้งสิ้น 25 ไร่ พบพืชสมุนไพรทั้งสิ้น 20 ชนิด 13 วงศ์ 18 สกุล โดยพบวงศ์ Zingiberaceaeมากที่สุด จำนวน 7 ชนิด รองลงมาคือ  วงศ์ Araceaeจำนวน 3 ชนิด และ วงศ์ Asteraceaeจำนวน 2 ชนิด ตามลำดับ พืชที่มีมีดรรชนีความสำคัญมากที่สุดคือ พะยอม (ร้อยละ 61.7) ส่วนไม้หนุ่มที่มีความเด่นมากที่สุด คือ มะห้า มีค่าดรรชนีความสำคัญเท่ากับร้อยละ 54.3 ส่วนไม้ล่างพบว่า หญ้า มีความหนาแน่นสัมพัทธ์มากที่สุด คือ 12 ต้นต่อตารางเมตร ไม้ที่มีความถี่สัมพัทธ์มากที่สุดคือ เหมือดจี้ (ร้อยละ 44) ค่าดรรชนีความหลากหลายของไม้ยืนต้นเท่ากับ 1.080 สำหรับภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านการใช้สมุนไพร พบว่ามีการใช้ประโยชน์พืชสมุนไพร 28 ตำรับ ส่วนของพืชที่นำมาใช้ในการปรุงยามากที่สุด คือ ลำต้น และแนวทางการจัดการพืชสมุนไพรในป่าบริเวณอำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช ได้แก่ การรักษาพื้นที่ป่าไม้  การวิจัยและพัฒนา การใช้องค์ความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ด้านการใช้พืชสมุนไพร และการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ใช้พืชสมุนไพร

Abstract 

  The objectives ofthisresearch were to study the medicinal plants diversity and utilization in Khoa Phra, Doembangnangbuat district, Suphanburi province. Plant specimens were collected from temporary sample plot for plant community study. Utilization of medicinal plants was studied by indepth interview and structured interview of 200 people in Doembangnangbuat district. Diversity index, relative dominant, relative density, relative frequency and dominant index were analyzed by using SPSS Program. The statistics of this study are average and percentage.

From 30 sample plot study (size 4 x 4m)in25 rai in Khoa Phra, Doembangnangbuat district. Twenty species of medicinal plants were found. They were divided in to 13 families, 18 genera. The highest species of family in this area are Zingiberaceae (7 species), Araceae (3 species) and Asteraceae (2 spcecies), respectively.The most dominant tree is Shorea roxburghii G. Don (IVI = 61.7). The most dominant sampling is Eugenia albiflora Duthie ex Kurz(IVI = 54.3). Eragrostis sp. has the most density for undergrowth plant (12 plants per square meter). The most frequency is Memecylon scutellatum (Lour.) Hook. & Arn. (has of 44%). Plant species diversity using shannon’s index was determined at 1.080.From the study of Khoa Phra, Doembangnangbuat district , 20 species of medicinal plants were utilized as 28 medicinal formulas. Most part of medicinal plants were received from trunks. The appropriate method for herbal and medicinal plants management in Khoa Phra, Doembangnangbuat district are  forest area protection and development, promotion or support of medicinal plants using.
