บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยในการป้อนกระดาษแบบอัตโนมัติ เนื่องจากเครื่องอ่านแบบระนาบ มีหลักการทำงานโดยผู้ใช้จำเป็นต้องเปิดฝาของเครื่องแล้วนำเอกสารที่ต้องการอ่านวางไว้ แล้วปิดฝาเพื่อทำการอ่านตามขั้นตอนปกติทีละแผ่น มีขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ต้องใช้เวลานาน ดังนั้นหากนำวิธีการทำงานของเครื่องอ่าน มาประยุกต์ใช้ร่วมกับเครื่องพิมพ์ เพื่อให้เครื่องพิมพ์ส่งกระดาษเข้าสู่เครื่องอ่าน และเมื่อการอ่านเสร็จสิ้น เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์จะจัดเก็บแฟ้มข้อมูลที่ได้จากกระบวนการอ่านไว้ภายในเครื่อง ส่วนเอกสารจะถูกส่งออกมาได้โดยกระบวนการต่าง ๆ เป็นการทำงานโดยอัตโนมัติ อีกทั้งสามารถทำการอ่านได้ครั้งละหลายแผ่นต่อเนื่องกันจนกว่าจำนวนกระดาษที่ใส่จะหมด ผลการเปรียบเทียบระหว่างเครื่องอ่านทั่วไปกับเครื่องอ่านอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งมีจำนวนกระดาษที่ใช้ในการอ่าน 20 แผ่นเท่ากัน โดยทดสอบเครื่องอ่านทั่วไป ครั้งที่ 1 ใช้เวลา 12.15 นาที ครั้งที่ 2 ใช้เวลา 12.40 นาที ครั้งที่ 3 ใช้เวลา 12.22 นาที ครั้งที่ 4 ใช้เวลา 12.34 นาที และทดสอบเครื่องอ่านอัตโนมัติ ครั้งที่ 1 ใช้เวลา 10.66 นาที ครั้งที่ 2 ใช้เวลา 10.35 นาที ครั้งที่ 3 ใช้เวลา 10.34 นาที ครั้งที่ 4 ใช้เวลา10.34 นาที ดังนั้นจากการทดลองเครื่องอ่านอัตโนมัติสามารถอ่านได้เร็วกว่าเครื่องอ่านทั่วไป และคุณภาพของภาพที่อ่านออกมาไม่ต่างกัน ถึงแม้ว่าการเริ่มต้นทำงานในแผ่นแรกอาจจะช้ากว่าเล็กน้อย แต่เมื่อได้อ่านไประยะหนึ่งแล้วจะสามารถลดระยะเวลาในการทำงานได้มากกว่าเครื่องอ่านทั่วไป

Abstract

This research attempted to develop a software program for automatic feeding paper scanner. As the manual scanner machine type, it has to operate manually which takes a long procedure. However, if this software program could make a practical use with a manual scanner type by sending the paper into a scanner machine, after finishing the scanning process, a computer saves the scanned files and ejects the Documents will be sent out by various processes. It automatically. You can also scan multiple sheets at a time continuously until the end of the paper insert.The comparison between an ordinary scanner machine and automatic scanner machine with 20 pieces of paper shows that the first attempt of an ordinary scanner machine took 12 minutes and 50 seconds, the second attempt took 12 minutes and 40 seconds, the third attempt took 12 minutes and 22 second, and the last attempt took 12 minutes and 34 second. On the other hand, the first attempt of automatic scanner machine took 10 minutes and 34 second, the second attempt took 10 minutes and 35 second, the third and the forth attempt took 10 minutes and 34 second. According to this experiment, automatic scanner machine is able to scan faster than the ordinary scanner machine with the same quality of output. Although, at the beginning, automatic scanner machine may take a bit longer of feeding the paper but, when it reaches the steady state, an automatic scanner machine achieves a fusty than the speed of the ordinary scanner machines.
