การใช้ยาต้านจุลชีพของนักศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาต้านจุลชีพของนักศึกษา และกำหนดแนวทางการให้ความรู้เรื่องการใช้ยาต้านจุลชีพอย่างถูกต้องแก่นักศึกษา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามในนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีกับคุณภาพชีวิต ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2555 ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ที่เคยใช้ยาต้านจุลชีพชนิดรับประทานในรอบ 1 ปี ที่ผ่านมา จำนวน 560 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาต้านจุลชีพในการรักษาโรคที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างถูกต้องเพียงร้อยละ 33.5 โดยมีการหยุดยาก่อนเวลาที่กำหนด ร้อยละ 85.2 จัดยาต้านจุลชีพให้ผู้อื่นรับประทาน ร้อยละ 61.9ลืมรับประทานยาตามเวลาที่กำหนด ร้อยละ 84.5

Abstract

This research study were aimed to study behavior of students on antimicrobials usage and decide appropriated guideline for improve antimicrobials awareness to students. We were collected data of antibiotic use during last year from 560 students, who learned “Science and technology for quality of life” subject on first semester of 2012 at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University by questionnaire. Only 33.5% of students were correctly drug used and 85.2% of students were premature give up on antibiotic use. Interestingly, 61.9% of students were “self” dispense to other people. In addition, 84.5% of students were forgotten to intake drug as following on schedule or indication.
