บทคัดย่อ

การพยาบาลข้ามวัฒนธรรมเป็นกุญแจสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้เกิดความเสมอภาคและความเท่าเทียม ในการดูแลช่วยเหลือฟื้นฟูจิตใจของผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ โดยการนำความรู้ทางด้านทฤษฎีและประสบการณ์ทางวิชาชีพมาผสมผสาน และให้การดูแลบนพื้นฐานคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และไม่ขัดแย้งต่อความเชื่อที่มีหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนนำวิธีการต่าง ๆ มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอย่างเหมาะสม ซึ่งต้องอาศัยความ สามารถและสมรรถนะในการให้การดูแลช่วยเหลือ ภายใต้บริบทของความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมของบุคคล ครอบครัว และชุมชนของผู้ประสบภัย พยาบาลจึงต้องมีการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมเพื่อให้การบริการที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการและวัฒนธรรมของผู้ประสบภัย รวมทั้งความครอบคลุมการบริการทั้งด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ อารมณ์ สังคม และจิตวิญญาณ

Abstract

Transcultural nursing is a key to help achieve equality and equity in the spirituality care for natural disaster victims. Both theoretical knowledge and professional experience are integrated to spiritual care based on ethics and culturally diversity belief. Additionally; various methods are applied for appropriate nursing care. All processes require ability and competency of nurses. Under the context of the cultural diversity of individual; family; and community; nurses need to develop cultural competency to provide services consistent with the needs and culture of victims involving physical; mental; emotional; social; and spiritual aspects.
