ความหลากหลายของโรติเฟอร์ในคลองส่งน้ำเข้าสู่นาข้าวในเขตอำเภอเมืองและอำเภอลาดหลุมแก้ว จังหวัดปทุมธานี

บทคัดย่อ

ศึกษาชนิด ความหลากหลาย และโครงสร้างสังคมของโรติเฟอร์ในคลองส่งน้ำเข้าสู่นาข้าวเขตอำเภอเมือง (สถานี 1) และอำเภอลาดหลุมแก้ว (สถานี 2 และ 3) จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยกรองน้ำปริมาตร 15 ลิตร ผ่านถุงแพลงก์ตอนขนาดตา 65 ไมโครเมตร พบโรติเฟอร์ทั้งสิ้น 30 ชนิด โดยสกุลที่มีความหลากชนิดมากที่สุดได้แก่ สกุล Brachionus  (26.67 เปอร์เซ็นต์) รองลงมาได้แก่ สกุล Lecane (16.67 เปอร์เซ็นต์) และสกุล Filinia (13.33 เปอร์เซ็นต์) ตามลำดับ พื้นที่ที่มีความหลากชนิดมากที่สุดได้แก่สถานีที่ 2 พบโรติเฟอร์ทั้งสิ้น 22 ชนิด รองลงมาได้แก่สถานีที่ 3 (15 ชนิด) และสถานีที่ 1 (10 ชนิด) ตามลำดับ พื้นที่ที่มีค่าดัชนีความหลากหลายสูงสุดได้แก่ สถานีที่ 2 (2.) รองลงมาได้แก่ สถานีที่ 1 (1.85) และสถานีที่ 3 (1.78) ตามลำดับ พื้นที่ที่มีค่าดัชนีความสม่ำเสมอสูงสุดได้แก่ สถานีที่ 1 (0.80) รองลงมาได้แก่สถานีที่ 2 (0.76) และสถานีที่ 3 (0.66) ตามลำดับ สังคมโรติเฟอร์ในคลองส่งน้ำมีความคล้ายคลึงกับในพื้นที่นาข้าวเท่ากับ 58 เปอร์เซ็นต์

Abstract

Species, diversity and community structure of Rotifera in irrigated canals to rice fields at Muang (station 1) and Lad-Lhum-Kaew (station 2 and 3) district of Pathum Thani province were examined. Sampling was carried out by filtering water 15 liters volume through a 65 mm plankton net. Thirty rotifer species were identified. Of these, the most speciose genus was Brachionus (26.67%), followed by Lecane (16.67%) and Filinia (13.33%). The highest species richness belonged to station 2 (22 species), followed by station 3 (15 species) and station 1 (10 species). Maximum diversity index was reported from site 2 (2.34), followed by site 1 (1.85) and site 3 (1.78) respectively. Maximum evenness was reported from site 1 (0.80), followed by site 2 (0.76) and site 3 (0.66) respectively. Rotifer community in irrigated canals was 58 % similar to the community in rice fields.
