บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน (computer-assisted instruction, CAI) เป็นเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาที่นำมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอน เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้เรียนเรียนรู้ได้อย่างอิสระ และเพิ่มประสิทธิผล ทั้งการเพิ่มความรู้และการพัฒนาทักษะความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เป็นสื่อการสอนที่ประกอบด้วยข้อความ สื่อวีดิทัศน์ และเสียง ควบคู่กับการเลือกใช้ภาพประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเนื้อหา ทำให้นักศึกษาเข้าใจเนื้อหาได้ง่าย มีความคงทนในการจำ ช่วยอธิบายสิ่งที่เป็นนามธรรมให้ง่ายต่อการรับรู้ และช่วยกระตุ้นให้นักศึกษาเกิดความสนใจและตั้งใจเรียน ทำให้บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ของบทเรียนที่กำหนด และยังมีแบบฝึกหัดที่ช่วยให้นักศึกษาทบทวนเนื้อหาความรู้และโต้ตอบกับบทเรียนได้ ซึ่งอยู่บนหลักการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง ให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ปัจจุบันนักศึกษาพยาบาลมีความรู้และทักษะด้านสารสนเทศในระดับดี การใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนควบคู่กับการเรียนตามปกติจะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเรียนรู้ได้มากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract

Computer-assisted instruction (CAI) is an educational technology used in learning and teaching whose intention is to help students learn independently, increase their knowledge, and develop their practical skills innursing. CAI as a medium of instruction consists of video and sound, coupled with the use of illustrations, to help students understand the content with more retention. One of its advantages is that it makes abstract concepts easier to understand and encourages students to study and to achieve the objectives of the lesson. There are exercises for students to review and interact with the lessons, thus increasing their participation and the incentive of the students according to a student-centered approach. At present, nursing students have the ability to use information technology in computer-assisted instruction, and combined with conventional teaching, it would greatly enhance the knowledge and skills of students.
