การสอบเทียบและทดสอบภาคสนามของสถานีตรวจวัดฝุ่นละออง PM2.5 โดยใช้เซ็นเซอร์หลักการไฟฟ้าสถิตพร้อมการรายงานออนไลน์แบบเรียลไทม์

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสอบเทียบและทดสอบภาคสนามสถานีตรวจวัดฝุ่นละออง PM2.5 ที่ใช้เซ็นเซอร์หลักการไฟฟ้าสถิต สามารถวัด บันทึกค่า และแสดงผลออนไลน์ในเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ สถานีต้นแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์จากภายในประเทศ ทดแทนการนำเข้า สามารถวัดและเก็บตัวอย่างฝุ่นละอองได้ในช่วง 0.1 ถึง 5,000 µg/m³ โดยใช้การประมวลผลน้อยกว่า 1 วินาที ทำงานต่อเนื่อง 3,000 ชั่วโมง โดยไม่ต้องบำรุงรักษาหรือเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ ในการวิจัยได้ทำการสอบเทียบความเข้มข้นเชิงมวลของฝุ่นละออง และทดสอบการวัดฝุ่นละอองเทียบกับเครื่องวัดฝุ่นละออง PM2.5 วิธีเทียบเคียง หรือ FEM กลุ่มที่ 3 Federal register, Part II environmental protection agency, 40 CFR Part 50 ในระดับห้องปฏิบัติการ พร้อมทดสอบภาคสนามในสภาวะการใช้งานจริงที่จังหวัดนครพนม ซึ่งผลการทดสอบสถานีต้นแบบทั้งในระดับห้องปฏิบัติการและระดับภาคสนามแสดงให้เห็นว่า แนวโน้มของค่าความเข้มข้นเชิงมวลที่วัดได้มีทิศทางเดียวกัน เทียบเคียงได้กับวิธีการมาตรฐาน 40 CFR Part 50, U.S. EPA นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถรายงานค่าแบบเรียลไทม์อย่างต่อเนื่องด้วย MQTT Protocol มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลลงใน TSDB อย่างถูกต้องและไม่มีการสูญหายของข้อมูล สามารถ Query เพื่อดึงข้อมูลย้อนหลังได้รวดเร็ว ในขณะที่ Dashboard ใช้เวลาน้อยกว่า 1 วินาทีในการโหลดข้อมูลจาก TSDB ซึ่งแสดงถึงประสิทธิภาพของระบบในการประมวลผลและแสดงผลข้อมูล
